Sleepeers Air
Yes. The PCM yarn contains wax microcapsules that absorb heat when your foot warms up and release it when it cools down. It’s a physical process, like ice melting and freezing again.
No. The capsules are microscopic and sit inside the yarn. The sock is knitted seamlessly and the sole is smooth inside.
At first, they warm your feet just as quickly. The difference comes hours later: wool keeps building up heat, while Sleepeers releases it.
Yes, that’s what they’re designed for. If your feet are cold because of a circulation problem, please also check with your doctor.
They work for you too. The mesh instep and the PCM are designed precisely to prevent overheating.
Yes. Because they absorb excess heat, they feel cooler than a thick cotton sock.
The microcapsules are built into the fibre and withstand normal washing. Follow the care instructions: 30 °C, no fabric softener, no tumble dryer.
No. The ankle is a loose rib with no elastic, so it won’t leave marks or bother you all night.
Sleepeers is not a medical device. If you have diabetes, neuropathy or circulation problems, ask your doctor or podiatrist first.
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, with the socks unworn and in their packaging. Email us at socks@sleepeers.com and we’ll explain how to return them.
Sleepeers Max and choosing
Air is our thermoregulating sock: ankle-length, closer-fitting and light, with PCM yarn that warms you up in bed and releases excess heat. Max is the option for anyone who wants extra warmth: crew length, relaxed fit and a soft, cushy, fluffy knit. It’s about warmth and softness, not thermoregulation.
They’re the two Sleepeers Max collections. Essential is a single, simple design in grey with a cream cuff, heel and toe; Fun brings together playful designs and themed collections. In both, the sock is Max.
We’re launching Sleepeers on Kickstarter. Join the list and we’ll email you the day the campaign starts. Max Fun will come later.
