Terms of sale
These terms govern the purchase of products on sleepeers.com. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them. We recommend saving or printing a copy.
1. Seller
The seller is Sleepeers Textil, S.L., Tax ID (NIF) B12345678, with registered address at Calle del Descanso 33, 28001 Madrid (España). You can contact us at socks@sleepeers.com; we reply within 24 h on working days. More details in the Legal notice.
2. Who can buy
We sell to adults, with delivery to the European countries listed in Shipping & returns. These terms are designed for consumers; if you are buying as a business, please contact us first.
3. Ordering process
- Choose size, colour and pack and add it to your cart. You can combine several packs.
- In the cart, choose the shipping country: you will see the subtotal, shipping costs and total.
- Click «Checkout». You will be taken to Stripe’s secure payment page, where you enter your contact details, shipping address and payment, and can apply a promo code.
- Before paying you can review and correct all details. The contract is concluded when payment is completed.
- You will receive a confirmation email with your order summary. We keep a record of the order and will send you a copy on request.
The contract can be concluded in any of the languages in which the website is available.
4. Prices and shipping costs
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs depend on the destination country and are shown before payment; shipping is free from €60 (VAT included) per order. See the rates in Shipping & returns.
For deliveries outside the European Union (for example, the United Kingdom or Switzerland), import duties or taxes may be charged at destination and are not included in the price.
If, due to an obvious error, a product is shown at a clearly incorrect price, we will let you know and you can either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund.
5. Payment methods
You can pay by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard and others), Apple Pay, Google Pay and the other methods shown on the payment page. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited with encryption and strong customer authentication (3D Secure). Sleepeers never receives or stores your card details.
6. Shipping and delivery
We prepare orders within 24–72 h. Estimated delivery times by destination are listed in Shipping & returns. In any case, we will deliver your order within 30 calendar days of purchase; if this is not possible, you may cancel the order and we will refund the amount paid.
You will receive an email with your tracking number. Please check the parcel on arrival and, if it is damaged, email us a photo as soon as possible.
7. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. Full conditions and the form are in Right of withdrawal.
8. Statutory guarantee
All our products carry the 3-year statutory guarantee from delivery under the Spanish consumer protection law (TRLGDCU). If the product does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced free of charge and, if that is not possible, to a price reduction or termination of the contract. Lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.
If your product arrives faulty, email us a photo at socks@sleepeers.com and we will replace it free of charge.
The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by not following the washing instructions (30 °C, no fabric softener, bleach or tumble dryer).
9. Use of the product
Sleepeers is a sleep sock, not a medical device: it does not cure, treat or prevent any disease. If you have diabetes, neuropathy, circulation problems or persistent sleep problems, consult your doctor before use.
10. Customer service and complaints
For any question or complaint, email us at socks@sleepeers.com or write to our registered address. We will reply as soon as possible and, in any case, within one month. Official complaint forms are available on request by email.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence that are more favourable to you. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
