Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase under articles 102 et seq. of the Spanish consumer protection law (TRLGDCU). Here is how.
1. 14-day period
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods. If your order arrives in several deliveries, the period runs from the last one.
2. How to withdraw
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example an email to socks@sleepeers.com or a letter to Sleepeers Textil, S.L., Calle del Descanso 33, 28001 Madrid (España). You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the period expires.
3. Returning the product
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal, to the address we will give you in our reply.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. As this is a garment worn against the skin, if you wish to withdraw, please return the socks unused and in their original packaging.
4. Refund
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except supplementary costs if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive one we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which we are informed of your decision.
We will use the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not incur any fees. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
